Candidates should have Master’s Degree/Ph.D or equivalent pursuing. 

The subjects areas are : Accounting, Computer Science, Chemistry, Dance, Economics, English Literature, History, Mathematics, Music, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Theatre and Languages.
