West Bengal Health Recruitment Board released latest Recruitment Notification by which it has invited Online Applications from eligible Candidates for the recruitment to 2449 posts of Staff Nurse grade II and 824 posts of Pharmacists Grade III in Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt of West Bengal. Educational Qualification / Requirements
1. For Staff nurse : Candidates should have obtained passed General Nursing and Midwifery Certificate from Nursing Training School recognized by West Bengal Nursing council & Indian Nursing Council and registered under west Bengal Nursing Council.
2. For Pharmacists : Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from west Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and a two year Diploma Course in Pharmacy.

Online Registration will commence from : 24th Feb, 2014
Last date for Online registration : 17th March, 2014
Last date for submission of complete form : 26-03-2014
Pay Scale / Base Salary :
Rs. 7,100 to Rs. 37,600, [PB 3, Grade Pay – Rs. 3600/-].
Age Limit for the Postation
35 years is decided as the upper Age Limit for the Post and age will be calculated according to 1st October 2013.
Relaxation in age will be as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection Process
Selection will be merit based.
Examination Fee
An amount of Rs 160/- (for SC / ST / PWD / OBC- A & B) shall be paid through demand draft in favor of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, payable at service branch, Kolkata
