- Integrated M.Tech.- Ph.D. Programme : 197 positions in various areas under different laboratories of CSIR, out of which 50 posts as Trainee Scientists for them the stipend of Rs.34650/- will be paid per month, Qualification : Minimum 70% marks/ 7.0 CGPA in Engineering Graduation (Passed in 2011/ being passed in 2012) and valid GATE score will an added advantage., Age : 28 years as on 01/07/2013.
